Hardware Security Module (HSM) Configuration
You can configure a Hardware Security Module (HSM) to store and protect your cryptographic keys.
The internal HSM must be configured in order to use the application.
The external HSM can be removed via the UI of the appliance at any time.
Only one additional external HSM is permitted on the Next Generation Hardware Appliance.
It is possible to activate the HSMs at the same time.
If you run into issues after the configuration, you can get HSM specific log messages from a HSM Support Package.
